Paul Renwick

Paul Renwick is a qualified building contractor and joinery supplier. During his 39 years in business Paul has committed to maintaining the highest standard possible in the products his company produces, with thousands of kitchens and joinery projects in the Christchurch and the South Island market, along with numerous commercial joinery for Schools, Hotels, Theatres, Bars, Industrial Developments, Malls and Rest Homes.
Paul Renwick Joinery Ltd has now become a family business, with the involvement of his wife Pauline as Co Director, and their sons John and Michael taking management positions after serving their apprenticeships with the company.

John Renwick Manager

John Renwick

John is a qualified joiner and has moved into joinery management. With over 20 years’ experience John has vast joinery construction knowledge behind him and moving into management provides him with exciting challenges.
His job entails pricing, planning, scheduling, product ordering and machine programming.
As manager he oversees the general day to day running of the company.

Michael Renwick

Michael Renwick 

Operations Manager
After leaving school Michael completed the Christchurch Polytechnic Pre-Trade Building and Construction course after which he worked as an apprentice builder doing house renovations.
In 1994 he started working at Paul Renwick Joinery firstly in the Formica Section where he manufactured bench tops. Michael then moved into the Sales and Marketing for the company where he managed the showroom dealing with clients, quotations and sales calls, doing this for several years. Michael then went into making joinery getting an overall grounding where he became foreman in 2004. In 2006 Michael was promoted to Operations Manager for the company, involving day to day running of the factory, site measuring, installations and customer relations.

Jessica Curtis

Jessica Curtis 

Showroom Manager / Kitchen Designer
Jessica is a qualified Interior Designer and Kitchen Designer, having completed a Level 5 Diploma in Interior Design at CPIT in 2009 and a Level 4 Certificate in Kitchen Design in 2015. With over 8 years industry experience, Jessica works closely with her customers' to come up with a solution to me their requirements. Jessica is passionate about design and full of fresh ideas, and always ready for a challenge. In 2012, Jessica took over the managing role of the Showroom when Rachel went on Maternity Leave and has since been leading the design team aswell as attending to daily office duties.

Joyce Guwandi

Joyce Guwandi 

Kitchen Designer
Joyce started working at Paul Renwick Joinery in 2004 as a Kitchen Designer and Sales Consultant. Having over 30 years of experience in design area, she is still open to the ongoing changes of design styles and materials. Working with Architectural Consultants & Developers while studying Architecture, and gaining her Degree in Bachelor of Architecture from Jakarta in 1991, Joyce joined a French kitchen company “Culifrance.”After having 14 years experience working as a designer and managing the finance for an interior division company, Joyce migrated to Christchurch. Gaining her NZQA assessment equivalent to Bachelor Degree in Architecture from a NZ University in 1999 and transferring her architect knowledge in 2002 at The Design and Art College.

Rachel Renwick

Rachel Renwick

Accounts Administrator / Kitchen Designer
Rachel is a qualified interior designer and decorator with over 17 years’ experience. Having studied a Diploma In Interior Design and Decoration in 2002 at The Design and Arts College, as well as a Level 3 National Certificate in Kitchen Design in 2011. Rachel has a great knowledge of the industry and current standards. Rachel was the Lead Designer and Showroom Manager at Paul Renwick Joinery for 10 years. In 2012 Rachel went on Maternity Leave. In 2016 Rachel returned back to work to take on the role as the Director’s Personal Assistant and Accounts Administrator.
