We are very proud of our team, which begins with the design team, consisting of showroom manager Rachel Renwick and Consultant Joyce Guwandi, motivated and inspired to create kitchens with efficiency and ease delighting clients with innovation and vast product knowledge. Paul Renwick currently employs over 15 staff coupled with an efficient installation team.
Paul Renwick - Managing Director
Paul Renwick is a qualified building contractor and joinery supplier. During his 30 years in business Paul has committed to maintaining the highest standard possible in the products his company produces, with thousands of kitchens and joinery projects in the Christchurch and the South Island market, along with numerous commercial joinery for Schools, Hotels, Theatres, Bars, Industrial Developments, Malls and Rest Homes.
Paul Renwick Joinery Ltd has now become a family business, with the involvement of his wife Pauline as Co Director, and their sons John and Michael taking management positions after serving their apprenticeships with the company.
John Renwick - Manager
John is a qualified joiner and has moved into joinery management. With over 15 years experience John has vast joinery construction knowledge behind him and moving into management provides him with exciting challenges. His job entails pricing, planning, scheduling, product ordering and in recent times machine programming. As manager he oversees the general day to day running of the company.
Michael Renwick - Production Manager
Michael was a building apprentice by trade before moving into house renovations. In 1994 he moved into the formica laminating section at Paul Renwick Joinery Ltd where he manufactured kitchen bench tops.
Michael then moved into marketing and sales where he managed the showroom and dealt with clients, sales calls and quotations. In 2006 Michael was promoted from Foreman to Production Manager for the company which involves site measures, overseeing running of the factory, product knowledge and customer relations.
Rachel Renwick - Showroom Manager /Kitchen Designer
Rachel is a qualified interior designer and decorator. With over 7 years experience Rachel designs to reach customers' requirements. Rachel is passionate about design and full of fresh ideas, working one on one with her clients to help them attain their dream kitchen. She is the company Showroom Manager and leads our design team.
Joyce Guwandi - Kitchen Designer/Sales Consultant
Working with Architectural Consultants & Developers while studying Architecture, and gaining her Degree in Bachelor of Architecture from Jakarta in 1991, Joyce joined a French kitchen company “Culifrance.”
Having 14 years experience in interiors, Joyce migrated to Christchurch after gaining her NZQA assessment equivalent to Bachelor Degree in Architecture from a NZ University in 1999. Joyce joined Paul Renwick in 2004 as a kitchen designer and sales consultant.
Paul Renwick installation team consists of:

Jon McKeown
Jon began working for Paul Renwick in 1978. He stayed with Paul Renwick Ltd for 25 years until he retired in 2003.
Stuart Nairn
Stuart was our Quantity Surveyor, Stuart, joined the company in 1979. He has been a 30 year loyal employee of Paul Renwick Joinery Ltd. Stuart passed away in January 2009 and is a sadly missed member of our staff.
