NEW BUILDS

How To Go About Getting A Design?

The best way to start the design process is to make an appointment with one of our designers to come into the showroom to go over your consented floorplan and discuss your joinery requirements. Once a brief has been determined your designer will work on a design and present you with 3D Rendered Images of the finished product. A quote will be provided when the materials and design has been decided on. Once the job has been confirmed the designer will work on production drawings for the factory to ensure your joinery is built how you have requested it. We will also do a confirmation site measure to confirm all the room sizing and make any adjustments required to suit the site aspects. We will then get to work on building your new joinery in our factory, testing every aspect of the fittings, before installing it into your home.

RENOVATIONS

Where Is The Best Place To Start?

The best way to start the renovation process is contact one of our designers to book an appointment time to meet up. The first detail that needs to be confirmed is the space we have to work with. The can be determined either by working off a renovation floor plan or via an onsite measure. An on-site visit is highly recommended even if you have a floorplan to work off as there a quite a few aspects that need to be taken into account with a renovation. You are more than welcome to come into our showroom to get a few ideas and an overview of details to consider before the designer comes onsite to measure your space.

3D Rendering: The Latest In Joinery Technology

When you call Paul Renwick Joinery to build and create the perfect solution for your home or business, you can visualise your completed job before we have even set foot on your project site! Paul Renwick Joinery utilises cutting edge 3D rendering technology to give you a living, breathing, representation of what your brand new kitchen or commercial joinery project will look like in real time. This means you can easily make any changes or refine any areas that you think could do with a change before we even start, saving you time, money and hassle!

What Happens if Measurements Change Onsite From The Floorplan or The First Site Measure?

Before any joinery goes into production a confirmation site measure will be done to double check all the measurements, that way if aspects of the room have changed from a floor plan or the original measure this will be picked up on.

Do We Have to Organise Our Own Sub Contractors?

We offer a fully project managed installation where we can take care of the Delivery, Removal of Existing, Installation of New and Electrical, Plumbing, Plastering and Glass Splashbacks. We also have contacts in the building industry we can refer you to meet your project’s particular requirements. However if you do have your own contacts we are more than happy to work in with them.
